I have been a property manager since 1991.   I embarked on the real estate sales business with a passion and have decided to use my skill, knowledge, and expertise gained in the military and private business to help people buy and sell their home.  I am also a retired dentist with over 30 years of business experience.  My goal is to create a relationship where I listen and deliver for you, my client, making the transaction one less thing for you to worry about.  

I have earned several designations and certificates.  These specialty areas include Sellers, Buyers, Seniors, Resort Property seekers, and Pricing Strategy, and Negotiation.  These additional designations and certifications give me access to additional information and resources that I can use for your benefit when you are either buying or selling a home.

I enjoy USTA league tennis, our two dogs, College of Charleston basketball games, and all that the Lowcountry has to offer. I am married to Terry Linker and we have two children (all of whom I also enjoy!).  Our family and friends are the focus of our lives.

I have had a number of real estate transactions over the years and have, reluctantly, had interactions with agents who were consistently disappointing in their preparation and people skills. Bought a  home in 2018 in Johns Island, SC.

My wife and I live in PA and just bought a home in SC. Ken has been super helpful to my wife and I in the home searching process, and negotiation process. Including face time when we couldn't make the 600 mile trip to see a home in person. We were constantly informed everyday as to what homes are  going up for sale, and what was going on during the buying process. Ken is an information machine, and found an answer or already knew the answer to all our questions we had during the process. I would give Ken 100 stars if I could. I refused to pay asking price for a home in Charleston while dozens of people were buying homes in Charleston everyday, paying asking price or above asking price. Ken made it happen

Ken did a wonderful job helping us search for properties in our price range. He researched each home we were interested in and had great availability for showings.
